This archive will be regularly updated with documents that have been used by ENWORKS as part of its resource efficiency support programmes, but which are no longer directly relevant to delivery.
 
These include documents from the handover of the 'Environment Connect' business support brokerage service, which was established to help businesses access the full range of publicly funded environmental support services in the North West of England through a single contact point.
 
Environment Connect was originally commissioned by the Northwest Regional Development Agency (NWDA) and it was managed by ENWORKS until its transfer to Business Link Northwest in March 2010.
 
The service was disbanded in 2011, after the Government announced the closure of regional Business Link services, but the model serves as an example of how access to business support providers in a region or locality can be simplified.
